Expo Services Contractor - Hale Northeastern

Look it over for possible rental items such as additional tables, carpet, signage, shipping, material handling, etc. Return the forms to Hale Northeastern by October 6th to take advantage of their advance order discount . You can rent from Hale or you can bring your own tables, coverings, chairs, carpets, or accessories. Orders can be accepted by mail, fax (716-896-8908) or may be scanned and emailed to [email protected]. Full payment must accompany your order to qualify for the advance discount.

Each booth comes with a 500-watt single outlet. (Bring extension cord or strip.) See order form for additional power needs.
WiFi is available in the building; ask for the code at the Show Office near the West Lobby public entrance.
Certificate of Liability Insurance
Each exhibitor needs to supply show management with a Certificate of Liability Insurance. Contact your insurance company for the form that should show this wording under Description of Operations - Facilities Management Expo, October 19-20, 2021. The Event Center located on the Hamburg Fairgrounds, 5820 South Park Avenue, Hamburg, NY 14075 and under Certificate Holder - PPM Business Services, PO Box 888, Hamburg, NY 14075-0888. Forms should be mailed to PPM or scanned and emailed to [email protected]

Show Program Write-Up
A show program is printed and handed to each visitor at the door. It will include your company’s contact information as well as a brief write-up of your products and services.
ALERT - Unauthorized List Solicitation
Unauthorized parties may solicit exhibitors in an attempt to sell facilities management email lists, making false claims of having attendee lists. The Facilities Management Expo and is in no way associated with any of these organizations nor have we ever sold our database. We apologize for any inconvenience.
